I'm solving a problem sales reps and relationship managers face: nurturing the relationships their business runs on. Each handles dozens of clients, and the personal details that build trust, a budget worry, a child's college fund, slip away between meetings. That matters because the relationship is the product. CRMs don't help, since they demand manual data entry reps never do, so they sit empty. I'm building a tool that records every meeting, maps each client into a living knowledge graph, and lets managers chat with it and rehearse their pitch.
