The primary problem stopping AI adoption in the IC design world is not technical but cultural. Engineers have a conservative mindset, viewing disruptive technology with suspicion due to the high cost of a failed tapeout. If AI adoption and agentic workflows are to revolutionise IC design, a cultural fix is required.

My solution combines the product with the workflow and cultural changes required for it to succeed.
