AITHENA
We're solving the legal-help gap: one in five small companies fail because of legal problems they couldn't spot, afford, or fix in time. Founders, SMEs and pro-bono clinics need real legal help but can't pay senior counsel at ~SGD 700/hour, and generic AI chatbots aren't lawyer-verified or jurisdiction-aware, so they can't be trusted. We're building AITHENA, an AI "pocket lawyer" that drafts and reviews documents and explains rights in plain language — lawyer-verified and Singapore-specific, at roughly a tenth of the cost.

Aaron Tan
I'm Aaron, Founder and CEO of AITHENA and an associate at HFW Singapore, where I practise arbitration, commercial litigation and AI regulation. I started AITHENA to make trustworthy legal help affordable for the founders and small businesses priced out of it — and I love where law meets technology.
Andre Wong
I'm Andre, COO of AITHENA and an applied-AI engineer who loves turning research into production. I'm a two-time Databricks GenAI competition winner, and previously built threat-detection models at Ensign InfoSecurity. At AITHENA I own operations and our retrieval and case-analytics pipelines.
Darrius Cheong
An artist-researcher and ex-government consultant. I've worked in fish farms, food labs, internet research, and in HDBs and playgrounds, driven by what I care about most: how people connect, and how those connections remake culture. At Mare, I'm building a more fulfilling internet.
