Every freelancer accepts instability as the cost of doing the work they love. Every SME accepts that good creative help is either too expensive (agencies) or a gamble (Upwork). The information gap is that nobody's shown them it can be different. I'm building Chonnect — a compatibility-driven matchmaking platform that pairs vetted creatives with SMEs based on working style, values, and long-term fit. We focus on retainer relationships, not gigs, because stability isn't a luxury, it's a design choice. Freelancing can be a real career, and clients can finally stop starting from scratch.
