Passion is one of the most important traits deemed by employers for current and future world of work (Future of Jobs Report, 2025). Yet, many youths do not have clarity of their own interests (Institute of Policy Studies, 2024). Schools are unable to facilitate passion development due to lack of quantitative metrics, expertise, and administrative work.

This is a multi-product project. Since 2023, CORDY collected enough behavioural data to validate research on quantitative metrics of interest (Liu et al., 2021; Zhou et al., 2024). Now, we build GOOD school platforms, then reach employers.

Hi, I am Ray. My purpose in life is "engineering passion". I study the science of passion: what it is, how to measure it and thus how to engineer it into individuals and the population. All my work stems from here - it is why I pursue research in computational psychology and human capital.
