Project Argus
One of the most cited problems in real-world deployment of C2 platforms such as Maven and Lattice is integration tax and survivability in degraded, denied, intermittent, and limited-connectivity (DDIL) environments.
This is why I'm building a solution with schema-agnostic ingestion pipelines and a connecting framework where a new sensor or network feed goes live in hours instead of days. Learning from Ukraine's experiences, the system assumes degraded connectivity by default: it runs normally with local sensors, keeps model inference running locally, and can operate completely or partially off-grid.
