Making a mobile app for yourself with AI is much harder than making a website or CLI tool, since they are hard to package, distribute, and update. People who want a small, customized utility app are stuck searching for one that fits, often paywalled behind subscriptions bloated with features they'll never use. Progressive Web Apps are the usual workaround, but they can't reach native features like push notifications or home screen widgets. I'm building a vibe-coding platform that writes web code backed by a custom SDK, giving generated apps real access to native device capabilities.
